Training Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions:
What is your certification guarantee?
A student may retake a bootcamp an unlimited number of times (within a one-year window) providing they use the same course materials and the same version of the bootcamp is still being taught. We want to do everything we can to ensure you pass your certification exams on the first try. Students re-taking a course will only be responsible for accommodation, if applicable.
What costs are included in your boot camps?
All course materials and practice exams, all required certification exams, onsite testing, breakfast and lunch each day.
Can I audit the boot camp?
A student may retake a boot camp as many times as necessary for up to one year, providing the student brings back the course materials, and the same version of the boot camp is still being taught.
Where is the training actually held?
The training is held in training centers or conference rooms as close as possible to where the students are staying.
Where do the boot camp students actually take the exams?
Most large cities have several testing centers available that are associated with Pearson VUE or Prometric, who actually administer the exams. In some cities, students will take the exams onsite. For cities that testing is not available on-site, we provide the transportation to the testing centers and typically all students test at the same time so we can keep progressing through the material consistently.
How many tests/exams do you provide?
Depending on the boot camp some require more exams than others. We provide one attempt for each exam required by the training or boot camp.
